The team follows a user-informed, design-centric approach engaging our clients throughout the entire product lifecycle, to overcome the most important obstacles and deliver effective and efficient workflows.
Once design starts, we brainstorm and collaborate with internal clinical team members, subject matter experts, and clients, ideating ways to improve the user experience.
We engage in early discovery activities such as journey mapping, surveys, round-table discussions, and one-on-one interviews with our clients.
We conduct Functional Advisory Board meetings and usability testing on the design prototypes to gain feedback, then we implement necessary revisions requested.
Our clients continue to be involved during the development stage—through the Early Adopter and Development Validation Programs —and other activities, to ensure client input is implemented within the final product.

Functional Advisory Board (FAB)
Register for Greenway Champions for the opportunity to join our Functional Advisory Board (FAB)! We have upcoming Intergy Modernization Design FAB meetings on November 4th and November 11th. We also conduct Intergy Development FAB meetings to review features from the Countdown to 100. In calendar year 2023, we are going to shift to a monthly Intergy Modernization Design FAB meeting cadence.
Join Greenway Champions to learn more about participating in our round tables! Round tables are often used to conduct deeper dives into specific areas requiring more guidance before beginning the redesign process. We want to ensure we fully understand any pain points and issues you are facing so we can prioritize those feature enhancements
Through Greenway Champions, you can participate in usability testing for all Greenway products, including Intergy. In these sessions, you will be asked to complete a variety of tasks providing input and feedback on how to enhance the user experience.
Join Greenway Champions for the opportunity to participate in one of our release readiness programs! Our clients are continuously involved throughout the development process through the User Acceptance Testing, Development Validation Program, and Early Adopter Program to ensure client input is implemented within the final product.
